Lox price is the average cost of liquid oxygen and kerosene fuel. This is the baseline fuel cost. The average price is for when the liquids are being bought in large quantities. The cheap price is for when the fuel is being bought in large quantities and the oxidizer is produced onsite. The liquid gold price is for when amateurs have to mail order their fuel and oxidizer. Lox price is used along with the empty mass ratio, exhaust velocity, exhaust velocity scale, mass and payload ratio to calculate the fuel cost.
fuel cost = fuel mass * lox price * pow( ( exhaust velocity / 3,330 ), exhaust velocity scale )
This is used in spacecraft cost.
